Common Issues

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable while generating video.
  • If saving fails, grant Photos permission in iOS Settings.
  • If you paid but your video didn't start, wait a few seconds and tap "Animate" again. Your payment is saved as a credit, and the app uses it before asking you to pay again.
